Third-Party Testing

Every batch is independently tested before it’s approved for sale. A sample goes to a US-based analytical lab, where identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and purity is measured by HPLC, and we publish the Certificate of Analysis for that exact lot so you can verify the results yourself.

How do I know your compounds are authentic?

We partner exclusively with ISO 9001:2015 certified facilities. Every batch is independently third-party tested by a U.S.-based laboratory before it is approved for release. Each batch is verified for identity (LC-MS), purity (HPLC-UV), net content, and endotoxin (LAL assay, USP <85>). Vials are clearly labeled with the compound and its batch (lot) number, and that number matches the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis published for it. Matching the two confirms the vial you received came from the batch that was tested. Visit our COA library to view our public test results.

Do you provide third-party testing?

Yes. Every batch is independently tested by Freedom Diagnostics, a third-party U.S. laboratory, before it is approved for release. Testing covers identity by liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LC-MS), purity by high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection (HPLC-UV), endotoxin by LAL assay (USP <85>), and net content. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published for every compound. Search by compound in our COA library to find all public test results.

What is the shelf life of your compounds?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) vials remain stable for up to 24 months when stored at -20°C. After preparation in solvent, solutions should be refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C, with a recommended analytical window of 30 days for in vitro stability.

What is included in an order, and how do the vials arrive?

Every order ships in a secure, reusable magnetic case, inside insulated protective packaging. The packaging is designed to maintain compound stability and prevent physical or UV damage during transit, ensuring your research materials arrive safely and securely. Compounds are supplied as a lyophilized powder, most in a 3mL clear glass vial, with select products such as NAD+ and glutathione in larger vials.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. We do not accept Mastercard at this time. All available options are shown at checkout.

How fast will my order ship, and when will it arrive?

Orders paid in full before 12:00 PM PST on a business day are typically dispatched from our USA facility the same or next business day (within 24 hours). Orders placed after that cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, are dispatched the next business day. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days, shipped via UPS with USPS on select orders.

You will receive email updates at every stage: order prepared, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. The shipped email includes your tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can also track anytime from the Orders section of your account, or by entering your order ID and billing email on our Track My Order page. Tracking can take up to one business day to update after your package is handed to the carrier.

What does shipping cost, and where do you ship?

Shipping is free on all orders over $199. Orders below that are charged a flat $14.99, shown at checkout before you pay. We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only, and do not ship internationally.
